This role will serve Arsenal Strength and its sister companies. 

Position Summary 

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for conducting research on our target audience,  developing KPIs, and designing social campaigns and a social media strategy that will help us  reach our goals.  

Essential Functions 

  1. Collaborate with the CMO to develop, implement, and manage our strategy for each  social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, SnapChat,  Youtube.  
  2. Measure all social media traffic and engagement. 
  3. Engage with all comments and private messages.  
  4. Define social media KPIs. 
  5. Ensure maximum effectiveness by staying up to date with any changes on all social  platforms. 
  6. Report on online feedback and reviews from fans and customers. 
  7. Create an optimal schedule for posting, considering both customer engagement metrics  as well as web traffic. 
  8. Oversee the layout of all social media accounts. 
  9. Suggest new methods to attract prospective customers, such as competitions or  promotions. 
  10. Suggest ways to optimize content. 
  11. Measure campaign success. 
  12. Use social media marketing tools to improve efficiency and manage all accounts  effectively. 
  13. Communicate with both industry professionals and social media influencers to create a  strong social network. 
  14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment 

This job operates in an office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment,  such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The individual will  be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures if required to go out on the  manufacturing floor. 

Physical Demands 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear.  The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and  reach with hands and arms. 

The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.  The employee must lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50  pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color  vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work 

This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am-5:30pm Monday – Thursday and  8am-12pm Friday. 

Travel 

Limited to none. 

Education 

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related degree preferred. 

Experience 

  1. One year of previous experience working as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar  role. 
  2. Knowledge and expertise with multiple social media platforms, including Facebook,  Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram. 
  3. Previous experience doing audience research and buyer persona research.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, keyword research and SEO. 

Skills 

  1. Ability to deliver creative text, image, and video content. 
  2. Ability to grasp future digital technology trends and act on them proactively. 3. Excellent communication skills. 
  3. Strong analytical skills. 
  4. Ability to deliver creative text, image, and video content. 
  5. Familiarity with marketing channels and online marketing strategies, web design and  publishing.
