Second Shift Production Supervisor

Position Summary

The Second Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for the departments that are run on the second shift. This includes Store, Weld/Fabrication, Brush/Prep departments. This position is responsible for people management, workflow, compliance and safety and coordination of work between the departments. This position will work closely with day shift managers and supervisors to coordinate between shifts.

Essential Functions

1. Provides effective direction and coordination of all production activities of assigned operations.

2. Attend daily production meetings and provide updates on staffing and production output.

3. Collaborates with other managers and team leads to ensure support is provided.

4. Provide direct supervision to all production employees.

5. Have the skills to cover any position within their area’s departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:  Pay range is $45,000-$75,000

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Night shift – 4:30pm – 3a, M-Thursday.

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
  • Supervisory: 3 years (Required)
